1. What floor plans do you offer?
a. We offer 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom floor plan options. Both styles come with private bathrooms and an extra storage closet for every room
2. Do you allow pets?
a. Yes. The Pointe at Raiders Campus is a pet friendly community. We do have some weight and breed restrictions.
3. Is there a pet deposit?
a. There is a $400 non-refundable pet deposit, as well as $10 a month added for pet rent.
4. Are the utilities included?
a. Water, electric, cable and internet services are included in your rent payment. There is a $30 cap per person on electricity.
5. Do the apartments come furnished?
a. Yes. All apartments come fully equipped.
6. What does a furnished apartment include?
a. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed, a dresser, night stand, and desk and chair. The living room has a couch, love seat, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center. The four bedroom floor plan even has a 42” flat screen tv. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment as well a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table and chairs in the kitchen area.
7. Can the furniture be removed if you have your own?
a. We prefer to keep the furniture where it is, but if we have room to store it on property we do allow pieces to be removed.
8. Do you offer roommate matching if I don’t have my own roommates?
a. Yes. Every resident completes a roommate profile sheet when they sign a lease and we use these forms as well as Facebook to help find you the perfect roommates.
9. What are the methods of payment, can I pay online?
a. We accept check, cashier’s check, or money order in the office, or you can pay online at RentPayment.com
10. Do I have to have a guarantor?
a. Every resident is required to have a co-signer or be able to show proof on income. You’ll need to show that you make 3 times the monthly rent in order to be approved to self guarantor your lease. We do accept financial aid as long as first payment is made on time.
11. What if I have a maintenance issue?
a. We have onsite maintenance staff that can assist with any maintenance issue you may have. We also offer 24 hour emergency maintenance.
12. When is the best time to renew?
a. The sooner the better? We believe the early bird gets the worm and offer a number of great specials as early as November. Keep on eye out on facebook and look for flyers at your door for great rent discounts and special offers.
13. Do you have a shuttle service?
a. Yes. We offer a private shuttle to campus for all residents of the Pointe at Raiders Campus.
14. How often does the shuttle service run?
a. The shuttle is on a set schedule with the class times each semester. We have an hourly run to and from campus. Stop by the front office for a detailed schedule.
15. How much is the deposit?
a. The normal down payment is $225 for the security deposit, $50 application fee, and $150 administrative fee, however, we are currently waiving all of our fees, which means you pay $0 down at signing! That’s a savings of $425!!
